Some applications want the card on a key ring rather than in a wallet. Others want three pieces out of one card: one for the wallet, one for the keys, one for the file.
Die shape and hole position are set per order. For cards carried on a lanyard, the hole is placed in advance to work with yoyo reels and clips.
