Legal basis

Processing relies on Article 5(2) of the Law: that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and that it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller. Separate explicit consent is obtained where commercial electronic messages are involved.

How data is collected

Data is collected electronically through the quote form on this site. The site sets no cookies; visit statistics are kept with a cookieless counter that is not linked to individuals.

Transfers

Data may be transferred to our cloud infrastructure and email service providers solely to deliver the service and under the required security measures. If your request requires product supply, your contact details may be shared with partners in the supply chain. Disclosure to public authorities is made where legally required. No other transfer takes place and data is never sold for marketing.

Retention

Quote requests are kept for two years from conclusion where no commercial relationship follows, and for the periods required by applicable legislation where one does. Data is deleted or anonymised once the period ends.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you may ask the data controller to:

• ▸Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• ▸Know the third parties to whom data is transferred at home or abroad
• ▸Have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected
• ▸Have data erased or destroyed within the conditions of the Law
• ▸Have corrections and erasures notified to third parties the data was transferred to
• ▸Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis
• ▸Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
